Artisse LLC (“Artisse,” “we,” “us”) makes apps for iPhone. This policy explains what information our apps and our website handle, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to every app we publish on the App Store and to artisse.co.

1. Information stored on your device

Our apps store what you enter, such as your name, tasks, reminders and settings, locally on your device. It is not sent to us and we cannot access it. If you back up your device to iCloud or a computer, that data may be included in the backup, which Apple or you control, not us.

2. Information we collect

We do not collect personal information through our apps. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send when you contact us: your email address, your name if you include it, and the contents of your message. We use it only to respond to you and provide support, and we keep it only as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law.

3. Information from Apple

Apple distributes our apps and processes any payments. Apple may give us aggregated information that does not identify you, such as download counts. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may also give us crash reports and usage statistics that do not identify you.

If one of our apps offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, Apple processes the payment. We never receive your payment card details. Apple’s handling of your information is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

4. Permissions

Our apps may ask for permission to send notifications. Notifications are scheduled on your device; no server of ours sends them or sees their contents. You can change any permission at any time in your device’s Settings.

5. Our website

artisse.co is a static website. It does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking. Our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information, such as IP addresses, to operate and secure its service.

6. How information is shared

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information we hold only if required by law, to protect the rights, property or safety of Artisse, our users or others, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply.

7. Children

Our apps and website are not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California (CCPA/CPRA) and the European Economic Area or United Kingdom (GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict how it is processed. Because the only personal information we may hold is correspondence you sent us, you can exercise any of these rights by emailing us. We will not treat you differently for doing so. Where GDPR applies, we process correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Deleting your data

Deleting one of our apps deletes the data it stored on your device. To have your support correspondence deleted, email us.

10. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International users

Artisse is based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above. If we make a material change, such as adding accounts, analytics or other data collection, we will update this policy before the change takes effect and notify you in the app where required.
